App has a nice interface, but other than good looks, this version is a buggy mess. Multiple attempts to download state maps (New Mexico in this case) prove to be impossible. The app will show the map data as downloaded then the app suddenly quits.

Reopening the app shows that New Mexico is still not downloaded as a local copy. I've tried multiple times at this point with removing the map data and conducting the download. Overall the menu layout is not the best. All tasks related to the program should be available from the main interface. Having to go to a submenu, then another menu is cumbersome.

Finally, the overall stability of the app is in question. Multiple random crashes (these would be apart from the data download crashes) take place at any time while using the program. Sygic has created a fine looking app.

Now it's time to get past the appearances and focus on the actual usability. Device used on Surface Pro4 win10 More.

So far I am really happy with this app. It is easy to use and to adjust to my needs. I've had no problems to read the screen so far and the British voice is nice. Only a very few times the direction announcement came a bit late. All in all I like it quite a lot. After several weeks of extensive use I have to downrate the from 5 to 3 stars. All the afore mentioned benefits are still valid, but there is a big fly in the oinment: the app constantly lacked behind my real position by 50 to a 100 meters, thus all voice instructions and car placement were considerably off; and routing seemed strange and overly complicated at times.

That's a shame, because otherwise this app is very likable - I sincerely hope the developers will find an improvement with another update, because I would love to use this software again soon. Not the best navigation software in the market, but not the worst either. The worst thing is that you can only use your Sygic paid premium license on only one android device but they will never let you know until you try to install on your other android phone or you android tablet. You will be better off with Co-Pilot which is reliable navigator amd links your license to your Google account so you can restore your license on any android device you own!

Very bad and greedy of Sygic. I had to request a refund via PayPal. I really like the graphics of the map and most things about it.

However the difficulty in searching for a particular location, be it an address, a business, or anything, is absolutely terrible. Entering a street name and number and city never brings up the result. It directs you to a detailed search, and the whole process takes way too long.

Other apps you simply type in the number and street and it pulls it right up. Not this one.

Not sure if I'm gonna keep it or not. I put in several new addresses daily and this app takes additional time to do this.

This software is having bug after you purchase it. For me in the trail period every thing was working fine but after the purchase it stopped. Contacted the support desk and they are looking into it but their approach is very slow. Be careful before you buy. At least this has happened in my case; not sure about others. Sygic support is useless and they are unable to resolve the issue.

With my experience i will not recommend to any one. Do not putchase this software. I am asking for refund now, let us see what they do. Finally the problem got resolved. There was a problem in Sygic end. I purchased lot of premium services but do not think that Sygic will be working efficiently and effectively in India.

Initially worked with Skoda infotainment unit then decided to only work when vehicle was stationary. Connectivity process is also problematic with various confusing issues. Complete waste of money. The advise given was to clear data on phone as apparently certification issue. Well guess what that didn't fix issue! Well known documented issue on various forums. Fix is to wipe phone with full reset and start again.

Something not easily achieved when mobile. Google please remove this app as soon as possible as potentially dangerous to users as you can end up having to hold phone while driving as data not being shown on head unit. Please can I have a full refund as I am done with nonsense surrounding using this app.
